Not included in either program: Personal Training one-on-one sessions, private consultations with Registered Dietician, private sessions with licensed counselor, or any other referral services recommended or desired. We can make recommendations for these services outside of the program if requested and when available.
All participants must be physically able to climb stairs multiple times per day.
Workouts and movements can be modified for different fitness levels and abilities within all safety limitations or modifications directed by your physician.
Each day will include physical activity and movement. During your stay you will be exposed to different types of movement including cardio, strength, and stretching

All meal planning and prepping, as well as provided meals, can be gluten and dairy free. Please ask about other allergy needs and accommodations.

You will be staying in a beautiful newly remodeled 1600sq foot furnished apartment with shared space located in the heart of Murrells Inlet. A large dorm style bedroom is shared by the participants. All beds are full sized with one set of bunk beds. All linens, bedding, and bath towels are provided. Housing is located on the second floor so participants must be physically able to climb stairs multiple times a day.
We have one "semi-private" room with a twin bed available based on need and availability.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in The Restore Wellness Program.
You don’t not have to be a Christian to enroll in the program, however, we are a faith-based Christian organization. Our whole person approach to wellness and healing centers on a Christian Biblical approach and foundation.
Our program includes spiritual healing and renewal based on non-denominational Christian Biblical principles, beliefs, and values. Participants are required to take part in the spiritual renewal aspects of the program which centers around Christian practices and beliefs. We incorporate Christian worship and prayer into our classes and sessions. You may request a copy of our Statement of Faith for review and understanding.
No. Participants are expected to clean up after themselves, make their beds, keep the apartment tidy, and do their own laundry.
All areas of the property indoors or outside on the property are designated smoke-free and vape-free for all staff, volunteers and program participants.

You will need extra money for dinner on Saturday and any shopping or activities you wish to do during your free time.
We believe your program is a time to unplug and focus on your wellness journey and healing without the distractions of the outside world and stresses. Laptops and tablets are not permitted to be brought. Cell phones may be brought and will be accessible during non-scheduled activity times only. A house phone is available in case you need to be reached for an emergency at times you do not have your phone.
Due to allergies of the staff, and the risk of allergic reaction, pets and service animals cannot be accommodated.

A car is not needed, but is allowed if desired. Transportation can be provided to and from airport if prior arrangements have been made and approved. Restaurants are within walking distance. Uber and Lyft services are available in our area.
